Here at Casa África, with the collaboration of the External Action Department, Cabildo Insular de Tenerife (Tenerife Island Council) and the support of the Tarifa African Cinema Festival, we invite you to enjoy a selection of 3 African films, free of charge. Two of them are documentaries and one is a fiction feature film. They will be available, for a limited length of time, in the African cinema in the Spanish language On Demand Video Channel.

How to access the films

Each of the films will be available on the same day as its showing, from 18.00h (Spanish mainland time) until 72 hours later, by means of a link which we will make available for this purpose.

To obtain the codes which will allow you to watch the films free of charge, please send an e-mail requesting them to the department of Culture and Education, Casa África. We will start sending out the codes two days ahead of the schedule for each film. Write to cultura@casafrica.es However, there will be a maximum of 500 downloads per film. The access link to watch the film will be provided on the day it is to be shown, at 18h.

The films will be shown in the following order:

• 17^th October, 2020: In honor of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty we have scheduled the showing of Le loup d'or de Balolé, by Chloé-Aicha Boro (documentary/ Burkina Faso/ 2019/ 65’)
