Africa Day. Porvenir de sol y viento

On 25th May 2012 at Casa África
El ITC presenta sus proyectos africanos

The Technological Institute of the Canary Islands  (ITC), a public company set up by the Canary Islands Government in 1992 and attached to the Regional Government's Department of Employment, Industry and Trade, is a world reference in field of the water desalination technology and renewable energy. In its work researching and disseminating these technologies, ITC has collaborated for years with African countries such as Tunisia, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal or Guinea Bissau, which has allowed the export and deployment in these countries of major projects in these fields.

Coinciding with the celebration of Africa Day, which is held every year on the 25th May to commemorate the anniversary of the African Union's creation, ITC organises the Porvenir de sol y viento seminar at Casa África, which will serve to present all the projects undertaken on the neighbouring continent.

The planned programme for the celebration of this event will start at 10:30.
